Points are earned only on the amount you personally pay — costs covered by SVB, insurance, your employer, or a third party do not count toward your balance. You also earn points when you make a down payment for your eye exam, making it easy to build your balance with every visit.

Redeem Points Anytime You Visit

How do I earn points at Mi Optica?
You earn points on every Cg. 5 you personally spend at Mi Optica. This includes purchases, down payments for eye exams, and qualifying referral bonuses. Points are not earned on amounts paid by SVB, insurance, your employer, or third parties.
What can I redeem my Royale points for?
Points can be redeemed for free products (starting at 25 points), discounts on anti-reflective coatings, free glasses, contact lenses, dry eye tests, progressive lenses, and more. Check the Kangaroo App for the current rewards catalog.
How long are my points valid?
Your points remain active as long as you make at least one purchase every 30 months. As long as you visit Mi Optica regularly, your balance will not expire.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
Yes, point transfers are permitted with written consent and are typically processed within 48 hours. Speak with a staff member in-store to initiate a transfer.
How does the referral bonus work?
Refer a friend or family member via the Kangaroo App. When they register and make a qualifying purchase of at least Cg. 75, both you and your friend each receive 10 bonus points, added automatically to your accounts.
Can I combine points with other promotions?
