We are very grateful with you! We want to show our regular customers, our appreciation for your visits and purchases over the years. That’s why we’re proud to introduce our Mi Optica Royale points program. Come to the store, sign up and hear immediately how many points you have already saved.
Signing up will be possible at our loyalty station, provide us your email, phone number, birthday and name. You will receive a pin by email and after you downloaded the Kangaroo App, you are able to login to the kangaroo system we at Mi Optica use. There you will see the points you have, and the rewards & offers which are available for members only!
Save points with every purchase
Here’s how it works: for every Cg. 5,– you spend at Mi Optica you earn purchase and pay for a new pair of glasses on the same day as your eye test.
Important: you only earn points on the amount you pay yourself. Any costs covered by the SVB, a third party, your employer, or your insurance company do not count toward points.
Refer to a friend and earn points
Recommend Mi Optica to a friend or family member. When they spend at least Cg. 75,—, you’ll both earn 10 points! These points will be automatically added to your account in the Kangaroo App.
Redeem point anytime!
After each purchase, your updated points balance will be visible in the Kangaroo App. On your next visit, you can redeem your points at checkout with the help of a staff member. You can use your points in two ways: 1. Claim a reward – redeem rewards starting from just 25 points. 2. Redeem points for discounts – use your points at checkout to save on your purchase. You’ll need a minimum of 50 points to qualify. Points can be applied to cover up to 20% of your total bill, as long as the bill is at least Cg. 50,-. Points stay valid as long as you purchase within every 30 months

50 points > Cg. 30,- discount on any anti-reflective coating
100 points > FREE pair of basic glasses with HMC coating or 6-pack of Oasys lenses!
125 points > FREE contact lenses & dry eye test
175 points > FREE progressive lenses
200 points > Cg. 150,- off sunglasses or yearly lens package
350 points > Upgrade basic lens & coating in 2 steps
